Pg. 143 – Brain Dead Mornings

Category: Uncategorized

[09:58] NKato: Don’t you just love how sometimes, you get a nice chain of mornings where you wake up absolutely, utterly brain dead?
[10:01] Ionen: Yes.
[10:01] Kato: I don’t.
[10:01] Kato: I’m gonna kill the fucker that invented braindead mornings.

An excerpt from AIM. Today, Page 143!

Enjoy.

Page 142 and a Panel Preview

Category: Uncategorized

Well, not particularly satisfied with this, but then again I’m not the most fantastic of dialog writers in the world. :P

To make up for this particularly slow page, I’ve got a couple of treats for you two to look at. The first is a panel preview from the remake of Chapter 2 that features the old “red light” district in Windy Vale. It’s still somewhat provocative, but it’s been scaled down. The “advertisement” on the left in the image was what took me all day to finish as an illustration yesterday. (Not happy with that kind of progression, btw.)

Here’s the fullsize image of the advert image that is actually from a concept sketch – excessively horny otaku, beware: Proceed at your own risk, lest ye find your testes imploding.

Enjoy your weekend.

Page 141 & Some Things

Well, here we are. The party finally departs Fides for the Resilient awaiting them out in the ocean. And a curious hint at a past relationship…?

Sorry for the late update today, as well as the missed update on Monday. I’d been pretty busy this week! Working on getting the remakes out of the way, and I’m trying to get them done before I run out of pages to update the site with. :p

I’ll write more here after I’ve had lunch.

Update: Haven’t eaten yet, but my replacement Tritton AX-51s arrived just now and I’m enjoying them over the crappy promotional Battlefield 2 headset I had to use as a stand-in.

Update 2: Thinking about taking a weeklong break from all this digital work to do some sketching and random work at the drawing board to make sure my art skills don’t get dulled.
